{Taylor & Jack: Siblings}

I was really excited to schedule a Session for Taylor & Jack because the last time I photographed them was near 3 years ago and kids change so much in such a short period of time!  These kiddos are super cute and very photogenic!  I think Taylor must have been a professional model in a past life because she doesn’t need much guidance at all, just very natural in front of the camera.  I’ve been photographing a lot of babies lately, which I love, but it’s nice to photograph kids of all ages because each age group has their own type of personality.  I had a blast working with Taylor & Jack and look forward to many years of capturing milestones for their momma!  Njoy some of my favs!

{The Gentry Family}

You’ve seen this little guy several times before, but it’s been quite a while since you’ve seen an updated family pic!  So, here they are, the Gentry Family…one of my best friends for about 20 years (which yes, does make me feel old…I just turned 30, am I supposed to feel old? haha!)  Aidan has been one of my models since he was just a newbie and now he’s creeping up to his 3rd birthday in a few months.  It’s amazing how fast time flys, especially when you have kiddos.  So, here are some of my favs from this family Session with Adam, Kelly and Aidan.  I’m gonna go with a little Holiday music on this one!  Njoy & Happy Holidays!

{Mr & Mrs Jeff McNeil: 10/10/10}

One of the groomsman had a wonderful speech about how 10 is what we all see on a scale of 1-10 as being a perfect score.  He was definitely right with Jeff and Stacey!  A beautiful bride, A handsome groom, A beautiful day, A beautiful venue and a mass of beautiful family & friends that surrounded Jeff and Stacey on THEIR perfect day….10-10-10.

Jeff & Stacey were married at Cornerstone Gardens in Sonoma.  A new location for me and a very cool one at that!  Cornerstone has it’s ‘style’ built around interesting pieces of art, small and large.  Oddly placed statues, but in a really cool way, that made for the grounds of Cornerstone to be super fun to experiment with.  There were lots of fun colors and textures to work with and of course, a fabulous bride & groom to photograph!

Brian and I had a blast working with Jeff & Stacey and I wish them absolute happiness in their lives together!  Congrats guys!

Here are some of my favs from their day!  Njoy!

{The Green Family Portrait}

I think it’s every other year that we get together and take an updated Family Portrait with my husbands family.  This year went really well and we had some fun with it too!  I took most of the pics, but have to thank my handy 10 second timer on the camera for the ones with the whole fam that I jumped into!  Here are a few of my favs from our little session…the best is the first one of all of us with our goofy faces!  We’ll have to try and top that one in two years now. LOL!

{The Giroux Family & Carleigh: 1 Year Old}

Jenn is the sister of some good friends of ours.  I started working with her over 3 years ago when she asked me to photograph her wedding and when I found out they were expecting, I was excited to photograph their growing family!  So, we met up in Vacaville for some updated family portraits, but also because their little munchkin is now turning one year old soon (which I cannot believe!) and we combined their family session with some pics of just Carleigh for her 1 year!  I can remember when she was just a few weeks old and we photographed her inside a stocking for Christmas…too cute for words.  Now she’s this little toddler, very mobile, very curious and very adorable!  I appreciate all the opportunities at photographing my clients families as they grow each year…it’s part of what makes my job super fun and super addicting!  Like I mentioned in a previous post, I love photographing the kiddos and seeing them grow and capturing those real moments for moms and dads is very rewarding!

Njoy a little of the Giroux Fam!
